We would like to inform you of the following:
1. FWC 2025 Grand Final – Ayala Malls Manila Bay, Activity Center
– Event Overview
– Date & Time: Saturday, October 18, 2025, 13:00 PHT (05:00 UTC 0)
– Venue: Ayala Malls Manila Bay
Main Events
1. Early-Bird Kits (Limited to 225 Visitors) & Welcome Kits (Limited to 200 Visitors)
– Content: Includes File Folder, Coupon, Sticker, Mobile Grip, Acrylic Pen, Reusable Bag. (Welcome Kits exclude Acrylic Pen).
– Note: Supplies are limited and may run out quickly.
2. KAIA’s Special Stage
– Content: A special performance by P-Pop Star KAIA. Arrive early for front-row seats and a chance to win an autograph.
3. Flyffers Assemble! Guild Rally Event 1
– How to attend
1) Register to the Google Form.
2) Gather your guild members at the event venue.
3) Meet Guild Rally representative at the gate and receive Guild Rally Only items
+ Guild Rally Only items : Guild Raffle Ticket + Guild Bracelet ticket + Guild Light Stick for each guild
4) Must have a minimum 15 members to join to qualify for the activity
5) Each guild member must be wearing a guild shirt (Optional)
6) Register your guild at the designated booth to be officially counted. The guild with the largest number of attendees present wins exclusive rewards

4. Flyffers Assemble! Guild Rally Event 2 Special Raffle!
– How to attend
1) Meet Guild Rally representative at the gate and receive Guild Rally Only items
– Guild Rally Only items : Guild Raffle Ticket + Guild Bracelet ticket + Guild Light Stick for each guild
2) Raffle Drawing time: After Grand Final Team interview, there will be a Guild Raffle Drawing For the final Reward
3) Once the winner guild’s name is announced, the whole remaining guild members of the winners will receive the Reward
4) Guild Bracelet Ticket should remain undamaged to receive the Reward
Rewards
1) GCash: 500 for every member who remained

5. Take a snapshot of your memories! Photo Op Event
– How to attend
1) Attendees can take photos at the FWC photo wall or event booth or onsite scene.
2) Post the photo on SNS(Facebook, Instagram) with the official hashtag

3) We will collect all the qualified posts and will do a livestream on October 22 to consider the winners.

6. FWC Prediction Challenge (On-site)
– How to attend
1) Attendees predict the winner of the FWC Finals Match.
2) Fill out a prediction card at the registration area or via QR code.
3) Those who predict correctly will be entered into a raffle for exclusive prizes.

2) 500 Gcash for each winners
7. Tournament Streaming Event(Playpark): Stream Rally (Online)
– Note: The Tournament Streaming Event (Playpark) is organized by Playpark and is intended for users in the Philippines where the event is being held. Please note this accordingly.
– How to attend
1) Tune in to the official FWC livestream
2) Share the FWC stream, must be set to public, must include in the caption #FWC2025 WATCHFWC2025
3) Comment with your IGN and server in the livestream chat.
4) Lucky participants will be randomly chosen to win CASH PRIZES

8. On-site Raffle Events

9. 1.5 Update Test Server Early Access
– Content: Early Access Codes for the 1.5 Pre-Test Server will be provided to FWC 2025 event venue attendees (test period: Oct 24 – Oct 27).
– Note: Early Access Codes may be subject to early depletion and may not be available if they run out.
10. On-site event booths
– Content: Experience the various booths prepared by Flyff Universe, including the Photo Wall, the symbolic Buff Pang Air Statue, Sponsor Booths, and more!

2. Pre-Meetup Event
■ Event Information
– Date & Time: October 17, 2025, 14:00 PHT (06:00 UTC 0)
– Venue: Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay, Mahogany B Function Hall
– Overview: A casual gathering where Flyff Universe core developers, players, and users meet, greet, and engage in discussions and Q&A about the game.
– Attendance to this event is limited to VIP ticket holders only

■ How to participate:
1) Purchase a VIP (Premium) or VIP (Gold) ticket via the [VIP Ticket Purchase] link.
2) Arrive at the venue by 14:00 and present your ticket at the entrance for admission.
■ VIP Ticket Benefits
1) VIP (Premium/Gold) tickets are valid for both event days, October 17 & 18.
2) Available seats: VIP (Premium) = 30 tickets, VIP (Gold) = 45 tickets.
※ Once sold out, tickets will no longer be available.
3) With a VIP (Premium/Gold) ticket, you can join the Pre-MeetUp event on October 17.
4) VIP (Premium/Gold) ticket holders will be assigned VIP seating on October 18.
5) Tickets can be purchased only through the [VIP Ticket Purchase Link].
6) A VIP Premium Ticket includes VIP Premium Kit(Merchandise) and in-game items valued at approximately $230.
7) A VIP Gold Ticket includes VIP Gold Kit(Merchandise) and in-game items valued at approximately $110.
8) Guaranteed Early Access to the 1.5 Update Test Server
(test period: Oct 24 – Oct 27).
※ In connection with this, we will be setting up a 1.5 Pre-Test Server and providing Early Access Codes to those who have attended the FWC 2025 event venue.
■ Additional Notes for VIP Tickets
1) Tickets are non-refundable at the venue.
2) Purchased tickets are issued as online tickets linked to your Helix Pay ID and are non-transferable.
3) Data connection required: Tickets are verified via QR code at the venue.
4) If internet access is unstable, please print out or capture the QR code sent to your email and bring it with you for verification.
5) Ticket verification on both October 17 & 18 will be conducted via QR code.
