Tournament Overview & How to Participate

The PlayPark FWC Guild War Qualifier is designed to find the strongest contenders for the championship. Here’s what you need to know:

• Eligibility: Open to all accounts on the FWC Server, but each team MUST HAVE at least one (1) PlayID user.
• Registration: REGISTER HERE until Sep 16, 2025, 11:59 PM.
• Event Schedule: Battles commence on specific Fridays, starting on September 12, 2025, at 7:00 PM PHT onwards.
• Match Format:
  • A thrilling single elimination, best-of-3 format for the qualifiers. Guilds must win two guild duels to advance through the bracket.
  • A best-of-5 format will be used for the Grand Finals (final 2 teams) and the Battle for 3rd Place.
• Battle Location: Qualifiers will be held online, with the Grand Finals broadcast live from the FWC Server.

Key Rules for FWC Guild War Success

Understand the essential rules to dominate the FWC Qualifier battles:

• Team Size: Engage in epic 4v4 Guild Duels. Coordinate with your team!
  • One (1) member account must be a PlayID account.
  • Party formations are NOT ALLOWED (participants should be in 1 party and guild only).
  • A team may nominate up to one (1) substitute player, which must be declared during registration. Substitutes are not allowed to play for other teams.
• Match-ups: All pairings are pre-determined by a fair randomizer after registration closes.
• Punctuality: Guild members must be online 30 minutes before their scheduled match. No setup time is provided, so be battle-ready!
• The Arena: All duels take place exclusively within the Dekane Mine. All 4 members must remain within its confines for the duration of the duel.
• Duel Duration: Each duel is a rapid 10 minutes. In a rare case of a tie (all 4 members alive), a 10-minute rematch will decide the duel winner.
• Allowed Items: All food, pills, and premium buffs are permitted. Each team member will be provided with 3 Scrolls of Resurrection per match. Using your own Scrolls of Resurrection is NOT ALLOWED and will result in disqualification.
• Disconnection Policy:
  • The tournament marshal has the final say on any technical difficulties.
  • If 1 or 2 members disconnect before the 1-minute mark and there are no casualties, the match will restart.
  • Any disconnections after the 1-minute mark will not be entertained. The match will continue, and the disconnected members will be considered dead for that round.
• Winning a Duel: The guild with the most members alive after 10 minutes (or a rematch) wins that specific duel.
