What to do if you did not receive an email

If your code is missing, you can still claim your items. Follow these steps to get your rewards manually:

  1. Log into the game and take a clear screenshot of your character.

  2. Ensure the screenshot clearly shows your exact in game name (IGN) and your server.

  3. Send a direct message to our official Facebook page and attach the screenshot.

We require this visual proof to verify your account ownership. Once we confirm your details, our support team will reply with your promo codes.
